As the summertime heat reaches triple digits, we find solace and escape into the cooler climates of the Oregon Coast. Spending the day delightfully bundled in our hoodies and trolling the Umpqua River for big fat Summer Chinook salmon.
Summertime means all kinds of great fishing in the Pacific NW. But what do you do when you've had your fill of rainbow trout on the BBQ? Smoke it of course! We love smoked fish and rainbows are no different. Great as a snack or for your next dip. Give it a try!
